Assignment Title: Instructor Video: Telephone Etiquette 101 in a Hospital Setting

Uses in the Classroom: This video will be used for Unit Secretary New hire Orientation. On day 2, when the Secretaries are working independently in a computer lab setting, they will be instructed to view this video. They will then complete a scenario based competency on paper.

Issues to Consider: Since the student will be working independently without a proctor, I will need to make sure the video loads properly prior to them viewing it.
